My journey

My journey I started my own journey of self realization quite early with 18 after growing up in a dysfunctional household and making the clear decision that I would not let the difficulties of my childhood affect my older years. Now I am beyond grateful for the early challenges as they shaped me, allowed me to grow and embrace the lightness while moving through difficulties. I learned that the more I love, the more capacity I have to hold my own pain but also hold space for other peoples processes. While I studied acting at the University for Music and Arts in Vienna, I was looking for modalities to stay grounded in the midst of a stressful and pressured every day life between rehearsals and being on stage. Yoga found its way to me and every morning before rehearsals, I did my own yoga practice to stay grounded. I found an amazing teacher who supported me in 1:1 sessions – which I should learn later on also became my own favorite way of teaching. ❤️ In 2016, after I finished my studies, I made my way to India, to attend a Yoga teacher training, several workshops and master classes. I nearly stayed for half a year in this colorful, intense and beautiful place. After I came back to Austria I continued to work as an actress, mainly on stage. And since then always worked as a teacher and guide besides. I understood that I am a multidimensional being with different talents and that all of my offerings are complementing each other. So, here I am, blending different modalities in order to serve and guide in the best way possible. What leaves me with awe and deep gratitude is that I refined my intuition instrument and received a beautiful gift. I started to receive channeled messages for people during sessions – very often they can have a liberating influence and bring clarity to your next steps.

Thoughts on embodiment practices

Thoughts on embodiment practices We live in a world where being in our bodies, grounded and fully landing in the body of a human existence takes quite some effort. Our focus has become pretty narrow .. from looking into mobile phones, laptops, from living in cities and not being in the here and now. But only from an embodied place we can make decisions that are in alignment. From our embodied presence we can listen closer to our inner guidance but also our awareness and perception become more open and wide. We feel more, we allow more of life to flow through and we see more and new possibilities. All of this happens through and with the body. We live in a world where the mind has become the decision maker number one. I dare to say that this has been causing quite some trouble – on many different levels. We need the mind, no doubt, but not as our ally number one. So please, as simple as it sounds – whenever you can: connect to your breath, your feet on the ground, your senses and the moment you find yourself in. And from this place.. enter life!
