In October 2016 I made my way to India and, over several months, I successfully completed the Hatha yoga teacher training in the Sivananda tradition (200RYS).
I also attended numerous workshops to immerse myself more deeply in the disciplines of Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. Until 2020 I have continued my training with Verena Primus in Vienna. During this time I have deepened my expertise in a diverse range of different yoga styles including Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Iyengar Yoga.

It was during my acting studies at the University of Music and Art in Vienna that I got inspired to seek further skills to support the demands of stage and screen acting, a profession that requires an incredible level of body awareness, a careful and natural approach to breathing – the essence of life – and a clear mind.

All of this and more I found in Yoga.

companion in everyday life.

My lessons are characterized by a deep empathy for my students, a continuous spirit of investigation and the joy of both learning and exploring together.
In order to ensure the best possible support for my students, my focus is on one-on-one classes. Each private session is tailored to the individual needs of my student to enable a deep and unique immersion into the world of yoga.

Mobile Yoga — I arrange your personalized Yoga lessons in your private surrounds, in your office, etc.

Individual Yoga — Every lesson is tailored to meet your needs, whether you are a complete beginner, an experienced practitioner, a pregnant person…there are different ways to integrate Yoga in your daily life.

What is Himalayan Kriya Yoga?

Himalaya Kriya Yoga can remove unwanted blockages from the body, release intense emotions & unlock your energy flow. Kriyas are a specific set of exercises, breathing techniques and sound mantras that we use to open up blocked energy channels and chakras in the body.
This quickly brings transformation on all levels:
physical, energetic, emotional and mental.

Himalayan Kriya Yoga is known as energy yoga as it removes toxic energy from your system – that can manifest as trauma, recurring drama patterns, and being unwell. As we open up the energy channels more and more through Kriyas, we become more sensitive.
